1.5 cups fresh kale

Cooking Spray (0 calorie)
Directions:
1) Rinse kale with water and allow to dry.
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3) Cut center stem off of kale and discard. Then, cut kale leaves into small 1 inch pieces.
4) Spread kale on cooking tray, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with salt substitute.
5) Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until kale is crisp.
