Grape Yogurt with Granola on Top

Makes: 1 cup Preparation: 5 minutes Ingredients: 12 Grapes 1/2 cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt 2 tablespoons Granola 1 teaspoon Raisins (optional) Directions: 1)  Add grapes (without stems) and yogurt to a food processor or Vitamix and Blend until chunky or to desired consistency. 2)  Place grape and yogurt mixture into a bowl and sprinkle granola (and raisins) on top, then serve.

Red Bell Pepper Hummus

Makes: 2 cups Preparation: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 can (15.5 ounces) Chick Peas or Garbanzo Beans 1/2 item Red Bell Pepper 6 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Directions: 1) Discard 1/2 of the juice from the chick pea/ garbanzo bean can.  Save the other 1/2 of the juice for use. 2) Pour the chick pea/ garbanzo bean along with 1/2 of its juice into a food processor or Vitamix.  Also add bell pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder. 3) Blend on high for 50 seconds, making sure all of the pieces are blended finely. 4) Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container up to 1 week.  May also freeze up to 6 months - to thaw, move to refrigerator.
