Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pita bread, cut into wedges
Directions: Toss your ingredients in a blender and serve with raw vegetables, pita bread, or anything you'd like! 
Storage: Refrigerate your leftover humus in a sealed container.
